Return Policy

At Savor London, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, there may be instances where you wish to return a product. This document explains our return policy clearly.

Conditions for Returns

  • You may only initiate a return after you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

  • Returning products ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of (partially) returning them is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Notify us of your return via info@savorlondon.com within 30 days of receiving the item.

  2. You will receive the return address for our supplier (based in China).

  3. You will send the item back at your own expense, including any customs or shipping fees.

  4. We always recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Refunds

After receiving the item at the return address and approving its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking indicates that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, the responsibility lies with the customer.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
